Dr. N.B. GEETHA, Principal graduated in Mechanical Engineering in the year 2000 from Madras University and obtained Master of Engineering in Thermal Power Engineering in 2002 from Annamalai University.She pursued her Ph.D at Anna University on 2012 in the area of Energy Efficient Buildings. She started her career as Lecturer in Mechanical Engineering department and she has served for 26 years in various colleges in India. She has also served as head of Mechanical Engineering, Dean Research and Principal she has published around 40 papers in Journals and conferences.

She has received Research grants from AICTE and DST, Department grant from DST and Conference grant from DST, MNRE, AICTE, CSIR. Dr. N.B. Geetha ‘s involvement in administration and consultancy work has further demonstrated her practical expertise and ability to bridge the gap between academia and industry. She Spearheaded curriculum reforms aligning with NEP 2020 and outcome-based education (OBE).Promoted research culture, resulting in funded projects and quality publications. Dr. N.B Geetha’s guidance of Ph.D. scholars exemplifies her commitment to nurturing young talent and promoting research excellence. By providing mentorship and guidance to future researchers and academicians, she has played a vital role in fostering the next generation of experts in the field.
